Jikiden Reiki is the Traditional Japanese practice of Reiki, a simple, uncomplicated approach compared to the Western Reiki most are familiar with. Reiki is a physical therapeutic treatment where the practitioner uses their hands to channel Universal Healing Energy into the recipient, allowing the body to relax and engage its natural healing ability As a recipient of Reiki, you can expect to feel extremely relaxed. Reiki is meant to assist your body to return to The Zero Point, where your bodies circulatory and other regulatory systems are being flushed so they will work at their highest potential, allowing you to heal and feel your best To begin the session, I will spend time explaining the process, answering your questions and going over any ailments or mental barriers you are hoping to address. Each session lasts for about 30 to 50 minutes With the Enkaku Chiryo or, Physical Distance Reiki Treatment, you will receive Reiki laying down or sitting comfortably, at home. We will connect via text, phone or video chat prior to the session (and following, if you would like). With the Seiheki Chiryo or, a Psychological Distance Reiki Treatment, I will assist your mind and body to return to The Zero Point. It allows your mind to be cleared of the toxins that build up when we experience trauma or mental wellness barriers. Reiki can help you overcome minor to major issues such as, anxiety, addiction and depression. You are encouraged to be resting and in a comfortable position as you should expect to feel very relaxed, to the point of falling asleep Jikiden Reiki is not a spiritual or religious practice but because its roots lay in ancient Japanese Traditions, you will notice the influence of the Shinto, a traditional Japanese Religion based in a connection to nature.
